New Life Ministries Africa (NLMA) is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people in Africa. NLMA helps to educate and meet the needs of people who are victims of poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Here at NLMA, we are committed to connecting people with Jesus Christ; to make authentic followers of Jesus Christ, thereby changing lives in Kenya and points beyond, through the Gospel of Christ with a holistic approach to children, families, and communities.

NLMA is organized to encourage and support God’s work in Kibera New Life Church “KNLC” which is located in Nairobi, Kenya. KNLC is located in the Kibera Slum, which is adjacent to downtown Nairobi. Kibera is the largest slum in Africa.

We believe that the 66 books of the Holy Bible are the inspired Word of God; the only complete and final revelation of God to man; the true center of Christian union; and the supreme standard by which all human conduct, creeds, and opinions should be tried.

We believe that God is spirit and infinite; that the Godhead eternally exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, and that these three are one God.

We believe in the absolute Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ; that He is very God existing from eternity, co-equal with the Father and the Holy Spirit; that in His humanity He never ceased to be God; and that He was miraculously begotten of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a Divine Person, the source and power of all worship and service, and our abiding Comforter and Helper; that He is equal with the Father and the Son, that He convicts of sin, righteousness and judgment, bears witness to the truth; that He guides, teaches, and indwells every true child of God and that with Him the believer is given power and sealed in Christ until the day of redemption.

We believe that God created the heavens and the earth, including all life each after its own kind, by a direct act and not by the process of evolution.

We believe that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end; and that we must have concern for the physical and spiritual needs of our fellowmen.

We believe that man, originally created in the image and likeness of God, fell from his high and holy estate through sin, and as the consequence of his disobedience, lost all spiritual life, becoming dead in trespasses and sins and subject to the power of the devil.

We believe that because of the universal depravity of man, our redemption from sin can only be affected through the Lord Jesus Christ Who was made sin for us, and by Whose death we receive eternal salvation through faith in Him.

We believe that from the beginning of creation there is a clear distinction between male and female; they are equal, but different. Holy Scripture makes it clear that the divine design for marriage is one man and one woman in an exclusive and permanent relationship and that homosexuality is sinful and unnatural. That is, we believe that marriage between a man and a woman is the only legitimate and accepted sexual relationship ordained by God.

We believe that the souls of those who have trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation at the time of death, pass immediately into His presence and there remain in conscious bliss until the resurrection of the body at His coming when soul and body are reunited to be with Him forever in the Glory, but that the souls of unbelievers remain after death in conscious misery until the final judgment of the great white throne at the close of the millennium when soul and body reunited shall cast into the lake of fire to be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord.

We believe in the bodily and personal return of Jesus Christ to catch away the Church, all those from any nation who are united by the Holy Spirit to the risen and ascended Son of God.

We believe that the purpose of the Church on earth is to present the Gospel of Christ in the whole world; to observe the Christian ordinances of Believer’s baptism.

The mission of New Life Ministries Africa is to connect people with Jesus Christ; to make authentic followers of Jesus Christ, thereby changing lives in Kenya through the Gospel of Christ with a holistic approach to children, families, and communities.

Our Purpose
The purpose of this organization is to glorify God in the salvation of souls, the edification of Christians through the teaching of God's Word, the world-wide proclamation of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, the promotion of godly worship, the defense of "The faith once delivered," and cooperation with Christian activity functioning in harmony with God's Holy Word, the Bible, until He comes.
