 "Manhood" is a teaching series that has been developed Julio Quirino. The program begins with a process that encourages men of Kibera to take seriously, their roles of leadership in their homes and communities. The end goal is to encourage men of Kibera to become involved in the process as mentors, reaching out to growing young boys, teaching them what their roles and responsibilities should be as they grow and mature. It is a win-win situation, the men learn to accept their responsibilities and teach the young boys of their families and communities.
